Please note that the FAQ summary was prepared before Atos confirmed on 19 March 2024 that the discussions with Airbus regarding the possible sale of the BDS business had been terminated. The Trustee is aware that the discussions with Airbus have concluded without an agreement being reached and has requested additional information from Atos so that it can properly consider the implications of this latest announcement for the Scheme.
